Kids can face so many obstacles & come up against anxiety in many ways.

This little button can fit in their pocket or bag, and be a little reminder that they really are brave & incredible for all the things they come up against on a daily basis.

The purpose of these is a little focus for kids - it can be for general play of course by my meaning was for kids to have a little Tedz to take care of & ease their little worries. Something to help them voice their worries & hopefully share what is making them feel sad or scared, etc. Can be used lots of ways to suit your kids needs 🤍

Another wee oldie but still a really lovely strategy to use for Mummy & Child 🤍🤍

It's a little like drawing hearts on your hand/wrist only this is a physical item that they can keep discreetly in a pocket or pencil case. Perfect for those moments of worry during a school day - they can put their hand in their pocket and give the heart a little rub or hold it in their hand.

These guys have been on the go for a few years now & they are still going strong. Sometimes its the simple things 🥰

These are perfect for kids little hands 🖐 to hold on to & squeeze when they are feeling a little anxious, worried, scared, sad, etc.
They fit in pockets, pencil cases, school bags & its also useful to keep one in the car as an emergency 🚗 Especially for on the way to school 🏫

They come in packs of one or you can get a pack of 2 - these are super for separation anxiety from Mummies/Daddies 👩👨🏼 Your kid keeps one during school time or when they are away from you, and you keep one 🥰 Little poem is available that you can read to your kid right before they leave you!

Available in lots of colours, I just don't have a picture of them all so please ask 🎨

Oh guys I have been sitting on this one for a little while unsure if I had any right to share it but what was I thinking!! Especially considering I am an EFT Practitioner & this is to help little kiddos!!

If you have an anxious kiddo about heading back to school, or starting a new school then this is 100% worth a try!

I have THREE new starts this week and next and my heart is a goner, BUT with EFT I have settled myself so much so that others look more panicked than I do when I share this 😂

My 8 year old done some Tapping with me last night & settled himself so much that away he went this morning to his new school, being so unbelievably brave ❤️

I can talk you through this or even do a little session with your kid - this is what I do in my evenings. My clients are 90% kids as they are my main focus & passion to help with in any way possible!

I will be sharing much more over the next few months about my different roles 🙏From EFT Practitioner, PSYCH-K Facilitator, Private Tutor for Primary School kids & with my own mix of strategies that are uniquely tailored to each individual kid 🤍
