Same house. Stronger architecture.

This proposed exterior redesign shows how considered changes can give an existing home a more refined identity.

Improved proportions, a defined entrance, updated windows, clean render and restrained detailing bring the entire frontage together.

You do not always need to start again. You need a design that sees the potential in what is already there.

Timeless design, planned around modern family life.

This new-build home combines balanced traditional proportions with bright, open living spaces and a strong connection to the garden.

Every room, window and external detail has been considered as part of one complete design. Because a successful home must work as well as it looks.

See the idea before you build it.

We develop every project from the first architectural concept into detailed 3D visuals. This helps you understand the space, test key decisions and make confident choices before construction begins.

Less guesswork. Better decisions. A home designed around how you want to live.

Understanding planning policies in Northern Ireland is essential for successful development projects. These policies shape how land is used, influence design standards, protect the environment and guide sustainable growth. Staying informed can help developers, homeowners and investors navigate the planning process more effectively and avoid costly delays or complications.

A new build home designed for family life on a farm in Northern Ireland.

The brief was clear. Create a home that feels rooted in its rural setting, but works hard for modern living.

The design uses a simple gabled form, natural stone, white render and dark framed glazing to keep the house clean, robust and suited to its surroundings.

Inside, the main living space is open, vaulted and bright. The kitchen, dining and sitting areas connect as one large family space, with exposed timber trusses adding warmth and scale.

Large glazed openings frame the views and connect the house to the garden and outdoor terrace. The covered pergola creates a sheltered external dining area, giving the young couple a usable space outside without relying on perfect weather.

This is rural architecture without overcomplication.

Simple form. Strong materials. Practical planning. A home designed around how the family will actually live.
