3 things to look for when buying Vintage Ceramics:
Condition
Not just chips.. check for hairlines, repairs, and glaze wear. What you don’t see at first glance matters most.
Mark & origin
Turn it over. Marks, or even the lack of them, tell you where and when it was made.
Craftsmanship
Look at the detail. Hand-painted work, depth in the glaze, and overall balance separate collectible pieces from decorative ones.
This is exactly how we assess every piece we source, including this beautiful Antique Famille Rose Porcelain Chinese Vase!
Because good design catches your eye but quality is what holds its value.
