Another trip around the sun ☀️
I’m definitely starting to look and feel my age nowadays. The wrinkles are settling in, the hormones are wreaking havoc, and apparently I’m supposed to be doing something about all this ageing business. 😂
Unfortunately, I seemed to have spent my Botox fund on building a jewellery business instead.
Crap financial planning but absolutely no regrets.
But there’s something lovely about getting older. I’m finding a confidence I never had when I was younger, caring a little less about what people think and becoming much more comfortable being myself.
And perhaps that’s the best beauty treatment of all.
Another year older, a little wiser, considerably more silver in my workshop and absolutely no intention of slowing down.
Here’s to growing older, growing bolder and occasionally putting a bit of glitter in the crow’s feet ✨🪩
