Today was a positive day (and wet) .
We shared a yummy snack. Its not all about food, yummy snacks, its about the conversations that happen when we are relaxed, in a safe environment and sharing . We shared food and talked about how anxiety feels in our bodies. Its so good to see everyone sharing, supporting each other, judgment free. These conversations are so important. They help everyone feel less isolated. They help us learn to understand our bodies and minds. They help us learn new ways to manage our emotions.
And doesn't that snack look great 😋

What a wonderful day 😍💚
We raised over £200 for Empowering Edward today.
We had so much fun, it was lovely to see the community come together. Everyone got to take part in lots of fun activities, explore our site, eat yummy food and support an incredible young man.

Lastly but most importantly a big shout out to Edwards Mum, Catherine, she works so hard to support her family and has created two wonderful young men . Well done 👏
