🪾🌸🥀 FOR THE NON-BRIDE BRIDE 🥀🌸🪾

And not for the faint-hearted...🖤

🥀 The darker side of 'garden-inspired'. For this one, I took everything I thought I knew about flowers and turned it on its head. I looked at the wild, unkept, dark edges of my garden (and trust me there's heaps!) and thought 'that's actually what a cool non-bridal bride might want'.

🪾 The brambles, I've been cursing for years, were the focal point of this structural bouquet, along with the blackberries entwined within.

🌸 Although this bouquet still has lots of dahlias from my garden, used in a far more wicked way than they're used to, I should say that not every bloom I use has been grown from seed by me! I wish I could grow every single one of these striking beauties, maybe next year... 👀

🍋‍🟩🌶️🔥 FOR MY SPICY COUPLES 🔥🌶️🍋‍🟩

Believe it or not, so much of this design came straight from the garden (and fridge), right now!

Because of the storm, I’ve had to cut so much back, using the last of my Crocosmia, sweet pea vines, SO many dahlias, red berries and lots of other little bits amongst these gorgeous blooms. BUT THEN… I started playing with adding chillies & lime! 🌶️🍋‍🟩🔥

Garden-inspired doesn’t always have to mean cute cottage vibes (even if that is my signature style!). It can be bold and daring and extraordinary 🌶️🔥

Blush pinks and Burgundy for the lovely Mum-to-be! 🌸💕

A colour palette that I adore so much, it matched my mug, my rug and my jumpsuit! Definitely a favourite for those Autumnal vibes without the orange 🧡

We're coming to the end of Dahlia season and so I've packed in as many as I could, in these gorgeous tones, amongst some whimsy greens and glorious Cosmos Purity (which is still growing crazy and taller than a tree!)

I had so much fun with this one, creating centrepieces and bud vases full of blooms from the garden ✨

It's been a hot minute since I've created something so vibrant but I absolutely LOVE this palette! 💐💕

"Wild & colourful, garden-inspired with dashes of daisies!"

This meant, an abundance of gorgeous home-grown Dahlias amongst vivid Delphiniums & Stocks, dainty Daisies and cute Camomile made their way over to the stunning Castlemead Manorbier this weekend, with bunches of flippin' lovely blooms & bud vases, for a fabulous venue set up 😍💐💕

Home from the most glorious wedding in France, and straight back to it!

Yesterday's table flowers and floral displays stole my heart 💕 A simple brief and definitely a bit of me! "Colourful & wild, that 'just-picked' feel, with splashes of daisies throughout!"

Also... How gorgeous is this venue at Castlemead, Manobier?! These seasonal florals were nestled amongst the cosy decor, beautiful bookshelves, fairy lights and jazzy rugs. A stunning relaxed feeling with a glorious garden too ✨ Castlemead Manorbier Thank you for having me ✨💐
