It’s my birthday tomorrow, as well as my uncle Tony just turned 70, so we’re have a back garden get together, when it started spitting! 🎂

Episode 416: Penwortham Panthers 🐆

I’ve just completed my first Penwortham Panthers Fun Run! And it was worth it! I’ve just did my first 15 minute mile!
Funny story: I got half the group lost when I took a wrong turn! Turn this 5k into a 7k! 🤣

I recommend giving Penwortham Panthers a go yourself!
We meet at the Lime Bar on the first Sunday of every month at 11am. All ages welcome.
