Today I should be painting the Spring windows at St Fillans. Unfortunately the weather has had other ideas! Working on a pamphlet commission from the cosiness of my sofa instead. Stay tuned 😉. The Open Exhibition includes one of my paintings: a portrait of my rescue hen, Marigold, living her best life in our garden. There are over 400 pieces of art, created by locals. So much talent - well worth a visit.

Just because... I have always wanted to do this, but never got round to it. 2026 is the year! With watercolours I made my own book log. Love reading, but not the fastest, so have decided to log audiobooks as well to give me a fighting chance of filling in a shelf or two. I love it and have it hung up in my home office. It gives me joy to look at it 🤓🩷
