Haha I know this doesnt look much like a bear but wanted to show you the work that goes on to make your treasured bear. All clothing is interfaced with a non woven iron on interfacing. Then all seams are trimmed with pinking shears to reduce bulk and help on the curves. Some bears need to be double stitched depending on strength of material used. The eyes are backed with felt to make them secure. He will then be firmly stuffed (with a lot) of hypoallergenic stuffing before his final hand stitching elements.
I've just finished a couple of orders which are xmas presents (I'll show these after xmas) but just to thank everyone for their patience while I finish off their orders before Christmas 🎄 😀

Brief for these 4 lovelies was to use 1 fishing shirt and pair of trousers. Therefore the bears were supplemented with my own 'bear' fabric. They also wanted waistcoats to put fishing flies on. The caps were made smaller from caps supplied by the customer. The customer was so pleased which makes all the hardwork worthwhile 🥰
