To maximise the space, the wall was removed, between the kitchen and dining room, the ceiling was lifted so it was vaulted rather than flat, a new steel inserted, new roof lights, and the wall between the living room and the new kitchen dining room was repositioned, and doors blocked off with the new wall, so that the front room became a cosey snug.

The hall under stairs, fitted with lots of storage drawers for shoes.

New front entrance porch, got rid of the inner door, opened the hall up, so it is light and modern.

Utility space , Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, worktop ironing press, a lift down lift up hanging rail, a heated wall mounted clothes rack, storage for Landry basket and cleaning stuff, hoover cupbard, a place for everything.
