A beautiful little glow up for a special little girl 🩷 absolutely loved this project and will be back in a couple of weeks to add in some detailing with bobbin panelling 🥰 what do you think of the transformation? Bespoke wardrobe built by the talented and finished in the gorgeous ‘Helebore’ by Little Greene. Blues are ‘Brighton’ and ‘Air Force Blue’

To some new faces around here 🩷 often mistaken for Louise due to this biz name…it’s me Kaylie!

A very short insight into my little world where as much as I love my work, I also love to perform, sing, play the piano, drink wine & dress up in something other than the scruffs 🙃

Number 1 job is being a Mumma to two incredible children, who aren’t featured here but are of course at the centre of it all. I love what I do & it is never lost on me what a privilege it is to be welcomed into peoples homes to create beautiful spaces.

So incredibly grateful and lucky to be part of the amazing decorating community on here & getting to know you all more as I grow in this trade 🙏🏻

Collaborating with the hugely talented Hutchinson's Home Improvements to create this amazing storage unit and to make the most effective use of the space available.

Hand painted in ‘Downpipe’ by , applied with and my favourite badger brush! Handles are , flooring which was installed by the lovely team. Full details of materials below.

A gorgeous little transformation for my first job of 2026! 💛 The beautiful ‘India Yellow’ by . A small and deceptive room, by no means a quick turnover as I had a lot of wall / ceiling damage to repair, untouched woodwork to get up to speed and a small wallpaper removal - which of course took half the wall with it!

I used the beautiful complimentary white on the ceilings and woodwork and it pairs perfectly, ‘Wimborne White’ in estate emulsion by . All wall repairs using as always. Bin Aqua Primer. Badger Brushes - which are NEXT LEVEL. blue vein medium pile roller sleeve as always too!

Woodwork Colour: Wimbourne White

I could make a glossy reel, but if you’ve been here long enough, you’ll know that content just isn’t my strong point. So here’s me as a donkey from the nativity. A huge HAPPY CHRISTMAS to all of my wonderful clients this year, my first full year in business and it’s been the most fulfilling professional year I have ever had. And to this community on here, there isn’t a day that passes without me being truly so grateful for your guidance, support, cheerleading and everything in between - being self employed can be lonely at times but this platform is the most uplifting thing! Wishing you all a restful festive period and nothing but incredible things for 2026! 🥂

🎄LABOUR OF LOVE 🎄
Well, if you were following along - this was a rollercoaster 😂 in the end, an absolutely beautiful finish but my word, the paint put my mental state to the test!

First and hopefully last time using , we were at a grand total of 7 coats on the walls and 6 on the woodwork. Issues aside, the colour is absolutely stunning and this room has been completely transformed just in time for Christmas 🎅🏻 absolutely wonderful clients to work with & my last job of 2025! I love how opulent, cosy and inviting the full colour drench has made this room feel, the pop of colour on the cabinetry tops breaks up the depth of tone beautifully & compliments the fireplace perfectly.

Got a room that’s in shadow? Embrace it! Don’t be scared to choose a dark colour if you have a naturally darker room, I’m all for embracing it & personally think it just makes it feel so cosy 💛 lovely job and customers this week, painting in ‘Pigeon’ by colour matched by - which was great to work with! No woodwork in here, just ceiling and walls, so I tried out the delicate tape from Masq to protect the skirts and create clean lines.
