Looking for a friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and organised person to join our growing business as a Saturday Shop Assistant.
Working in our beautiful home décor and gift shop based at Duncton Mill, Nr Petworth West Sussex. You will help customers discover our carefully curated products while confidently engaging with visitors who may also be interested in our Interior Design and Building Services.
What We Are Looking For:
✅ Interest in interior design, home décor and styling
✅ Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
✅ Reliable, punctual and professional
✅ Tidy, organised and proactive
✅ Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Experience using a POS/till system would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided
The Role:
✨ Assisting customers with purchases and product enquiries
✨ Creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience
✨ Maintaining attractive displays and high shop standards
✨ Speaking with visitors about our interior design and building services
✨ Supporting seasonal promotions and events
Hours:
🕒 Saturdays required
🕒 Bank Holidays
🕒 Christmas late-night openings and other seasonal events
