So project number 4 for our customer in Tamworth on top of the kitchen , extension and hall,stairs and landing came the guest bedroom.
Having already completed something similar in the master bedroom the whole ethos of the colour changes was to get shut of the grey and bring a more bright , light and contemporary feel to the house. And Timeless by Dulux fits that bill perfectly. So much so it can be used on both the walls and ceiling which was the case in this whole transformation.
Anyway back to the bedroom … the customer was happy for the wallpaper to be left on and painted over so we prepped (had help from Rosie on this one) all the walls and woodwork. Ceiling was already good enough apart from a little around the edges
Panelling was then fitted at a height of 1500 so it could be seen above the headboard
Walls and ceiling painted in Dulux Easycare Timeless Matt and the panelling after being caulked , filled and sanded was then painted in Dulux Easycare Gentle Fawn Matt. Woodwork and doors were then painted in Brilliant white satinwood and the grey was gone.
We put all the bed and bedding back and built 2 new bedside cabinets to finish off this gorgeous transformation.
