My watercolour of the Victorian buildings at Pontefract Cemetery.
These beautiful twin chapels are currently empty, standing quietly surrounded by some of the most historic gravestones in Pontefract.

I wanted to capture them still and atmospheric in autumn light for the November page of my 2026 calendar.

This 1904 listed building, showcases art nouveau through the building details. Pop in and see the museum rooms.
