Another full ground-floor LVT transformation is complete and this one comes with Bruno’s official seal of approval! 🤝🐶

We uplifted the previous flooring as it failed due to incorrect subfloor preparation.

We carried out a new full subfloor preparation from scratch, which consisted of grinding with a copper disc to take the laitance off the top of the concrete slab, damp proof membrane and priming before screeding so that we were able to then lay J2flooring Iconic range in the colour Tollymore herringbone, finished with crisp Stairrods UK Ltd black design strips framing the borders.

Proper subfloor prep is everything when it comes to a finish that lasts. Look at how seamlessly this flows from the hallway right through the kitchen, WC, and living space! ✨
