I've been a little bit quiet the last few weeks, but rest assured....I have still been baking! 😊

This beautiful anniversary cake was actually for my mum and her husband as a surprise on the weekend! Safe to say it went down well!

Here I made a fluffy lemon cake with zingy lemon curd and lemon swiss meringue buttercream dripped with white chocolate. I then decorated in a gold and cream theme with some added sprinkles and sparkle.
