Here we uplifted a sitting room and a bedroom, nice to see some old !! We replaced this with some new chromium, and stainfree ultra ice dance in the sitting room which is also a playroom so needed something a bit harder wearing and majestic cove from in the bedroom which is super soft and luxurious under foot 😍😍

10mm plushwalk, this underlay has a built in dpm so was a perfect choice here to help with any moisture from under the floorboards.
Here we’ve paired it with our home twist carpet in parchment and we love it 😍❤️
Plushwalk is a memory foam underlay so recovers well when it’s compressed and feels lovely and luxurious underfoot ❤️😍

80/20 wool twist stairs and landing and small room
Wool loop for the hallway and a man made twist in the big bedroom all fitted on chromium by and new gripper throughout ❤️

That’s a wrap on this one. We uplifted old plywood and lvt, fitted 9mm nailed at 100mm centres, and feathered all the joints. We then fitted honey oak herringbone using adhesive, we have even wrapped the door bars to match the flooring.
Like a good friend of mine says “excellence isn’t an accident”
Absolutely love this product and in this beautiful kitchen space it looks stunning ❤️❤️

Pulling up this old 6mm ply and lvt, clean the subfloor, and fitting 9mm sp101, couple@of bits to finish tomorrow including a small repair to the subfloor, then we can feather it all, ready for sole honey oak herringbone later in the week 😍😍

Here we had fitted some carina lvt in Bianca stone. Unfortunately there was a bit too much variation in the colours of the tiles and we weren’t too happy with them!
We got our client a replacement and so we’ve taken them all up and started again! Now they look right and our client has a lovely utility room that looks as they had envisioned ❤️❤️👌🏼
