This project really helped me to see how the past is shaping our Interiors today
It’s not about recreating the past, it’s simply about calling on elements and weaving them into the spaces that we create to make our lives work today.
My love for sustainable design, and pre-loved furniture,
Not just design it but personally restoring and upholstering pieces that have been discarded, to breathe new life into, is not just an aesthetic choice but in today’s uncertain world it anchors us emotionally more than a new piece bought off the shelf might, and is more likely to trigger an emotional response, bring back a memory, a smell, so surprisingly comforting, and yet the result is still something fresh and brand new.

We had a very clear vision for our home, and Lisa brought it to life beautifully. She really listened to what we wanted and translated it into something even better than we’d imagined.

She works with a fantastic network of traders and suppliers, all of whom were not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly and easy to have around the house — which made a big difference during the process.

Throughout the project, she was consistently professional, efficient, and incredibly well-organised. She kept everything moving smoothly, was always punctual, and clearly takes real pride in meeting timelines — something we really appreciated.

On top of that, she’s just a pleasure to work with: warm, approachable, and responsive at every stage.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and would happily work with her again in the future.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with the transformation Lisa has created in our dining room. What was once a space we actively disliked has been completely reimagined into something truly beautiful, warm, and unique — and, most importantly, a room we now love using as a family. From the very start, Lisa listened to us and had a vision for the space, bringing together stunning cabinetry, wallpaper, and furniture (including the dining table) in a way that feels very “us”. Lisa also took complete charge of the project management, bringing in a team of highly skilled tradespeople and coordinating the entire process. Communication was excellent throughout, timelines were well managed, and nothing ever felt stressful. She was incredibly hands-on, proactive, and thorough — especially when it came to dealing with snags and finishing touches, making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. The end result has exceeded our expectations. The room now feels special, personal, and thoughtfully designed — a space that reflects us and works beautifully for everyday family life. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone looking for an interior designer who combines creativity, professionalism, and outstanding project management.
