It’s been a while since I last posted, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been sitting still!

I’ve been busy working on a variety of projects, including this bespoke sign for Fire & Steam Sauna. I love creating pieces that are both practical and beautiful, and this one was a pleasure to make.

My first collection of Wee Keepsake Drawers are beginning to take shape 💙🌿

✨ It’s been a little while since I last posted… but this one was worth the wait.

A recent commission of four kitchen spindle backed chairs, carefully prepped and hand-painted in a soft, timeless neutral.

There’s something really satisfying about working on a full set — bringing everything back to life while keeping that classic shape and character. These chairs have such beautiful lines, especially the gentle curve of the backs and those tapered legs.

I wanted the finish to feel elegant and understated, letting the craftsmanship of the chairs speak for itself.

There’s a fantastic line-up of stalls this week—well worth a visit if you’re local or passing through.

I’ll be there with my usual selection of paints and brushes, plus something a little special… a limited edition range of recolour paint colours available on the day.

A closer look at some of the limited edition colours ✨

These have just arrived and I have one of each available — once they’re gone, they’re gone.

From deep, rich blues to warm golden tones and bold statement colours… they’re a little bit different from the usual palette and perfect if you’re looking for something unique for your next project.

I’ll be bringing them along to Poolewe Market this Tuesday (14th April) so you can see them properly in person.

A small drop of limited edition paint colours has landed — and I’ll be bringing them along to Poolewe Market this Tuesday 14th April.

I only have one of each colour available, alongside the usual palette, so if there’s one you’ve had your eye on, this is your chance to see them in person and pick a favourite.

If you’ve been trying to get hold of me, there’s been a bit of a glitch on my website. The contact page wasn’t working properly but it’s all sorted now. With great thanks to my website host the free website guys. They have fixed the issue so now you can message me through my website if you need to enquire about a commission or sales.

Back from Poolewe Market today ✨

It was lovely to see so many people through the doors — lots of visitors, plenty of chats, and some familiar faces too which is always nice.

It felt busy overall, although a quieter day for me — but I’m now running low on the lavender drawer sachets after the recent fairs 🌿

I do still have plenty of ReColour paint and Clh uk. Chic Little Haven brushes in stock, and these are also available on my website if you’d prefer me to post them out or arrange collection

And I’m not one to sit still… I even managed to get back to the chair commission this afternoon — sanded and painted another coat of ✔️

A good, steady day all round.
