This was a recent Sunroom replacement completed successfully by our team in just over 2 days from start to finish.

We had already replaced the windows & doors (see previous posts) in the rest of the house a couple of months ago, so this was the last piece of the jigsaw for these very happy customers.

New Job spec:

✅ 44mm Triple glazing units throughout (K glass, argon gas filled, Swiss spacer bar)

A recent window & door replacement job at a property in Silverwood, Craigavon.

The existing mahogany timber windows were deteriorating rapidly & the yearly maintenance of sanding, filling & painting them was proving costly & no benefit to the owner short or long term.

New Job Spec:

✅ 70mm Anthracite Grey on White uPVC windows
✅ 44mm Triple glazing units throughout (K glass, Argon gas filled, Swiss spacer bar)

Super transformation & really breathes new life into outside & inside of the property, getting away from the old dark mahogany.

A replacement window & door project at a property near Loughgall.

The existing white pvc windows where in from the house was 1st built 20 odd years ago. As well as drafts & a real lack of heat retention within the house, the customers wanted a major upgrade in terms of energy efficiency & to revitalise the outside appearance of the house.

New Job spec:

The customers were thrilled with the overall install & said they wished they had done it a lot sooner had they known the attention to detail our team implemented & how they had no mess to clean up inside or outside the house at any stage 👌🏽

Really pleased with the finished job & we look forward to returning to replace the adjoining sunroom in the very near future 👍🏽

As an added feature we also recessed a pvc frame into the gable wall where the old meter box was situated. The old white standard meter box door was broken so we removed it & installed a new opening sash with T & G panel in its place….we think it looks class 💯 see what you think….pics right at the end of the gallery.

The customer was fed up with their dated white pvc windows & wanted a complete change with a modern look to complement the colour of brick their home was built with.

Another replacement window project at a property in Portadown.

The existing white pvc windows where showing their age, the slips had shrunk & no matter how much the windows were cleaned they still looked dirty & worn, there was zero energy efficiency or heat retention between the old pvc frames & the standard float double glazing installed over 20 years ago.

New Job spec:

✅ 28mm Triple glazing units throughout (K glass, argon gas filled, Swiss spacer bar)

Been a bit quiet on here for a while due to the volume of work we’ve been getting through recently 🙈

Below we have pics of a new black on white composite front door installed for a customer in Markethill. The door was finished with a Satinized triple glazing insert 🖤

The same customer also went for a new black on white tilt & turn back door. They choose minster obscure energy efficient glass & chrome accessories to complete the install.

As you can see from the pics not only does the tilt & turn door open as a complete door unit, the top half allows a further 2 opening features - tilted back into the room or open in as much as 90 degrees 👌🏽
