I'm Antonia and I make all of my items in my studio at home in the Garw valley, Bridgend. I love crochet, buttons, cabochons and semi precious gemstones so I make a mix of accessories and jewellery for women and girls who like something a bit different. Happy New Year! My wish is for a calm year for all of us, and the luxury of spending time with the important people in our worlds.

My words for the year are compassion and kindness and this year I want to remember that speaking / thinking / coming from a place of kindness helps.

My little fur ball didn’t have the best start to her life, so whilst I’m showing her love and safety in her middle years, she’s teaching me patience and compassion, and the importance of slowing down and just being.

May 2025 be all you wish for!

Hey, so this is why I’ve been quiet on here lately. This little fur ball came to live with us over the summer 🤩 She loves smelling plants and here she is with some ivy that got caught on her 😂

My business had taken a back seat this year with a house move and the little fur ball. She was a rescue and has needed lots of reassurance and love to adjust to her new life. I hope to get back to craft fairs next year when she’s more settled.

As it’s the time of year for sales, I’ve added a sale section in my Folksy shop with up to 20% off selected pieces, including barrettes and hair clips, bookmarks, keyrings and stitch markers.

I’ve also changed my postage to Tracked 48 so I’ve been able to reduce my shipping charges 😁

As the storm still blows I’m grateful for the sanctuary of home. I’m hunkered down with our dog and the cat enjoying the nostalgic music with Mark Goodier’s Pick of the Pops on radio2. The gang are a bit miffed that I’ve closed the dog flap and at times look alarmed at my singing and occasional dancing 😯🤣 1988 is a cracker though, listen back on Sounds!!

With lots of craft fairs cancelled and shops closed today lots of small businesses are celebrating and sharing some of their items. Here are some of mine 🤩 These are available in my Etsy and Folksy shops, or message for anything else you’ve seen in my grid.
