And in case you wondered why some fabric is white in the background it is because i took the photos before it had been painted using dilute acrylic. A quick iron on the reverse afterwards meant it was then hand washable. And i think I got all the printing but was aware afterwards that i had missed getting photos of a couple of people. Sorry.

Fabulous screen printing workshop last Saturday with Alison Hulme. Everyone enjoyed themselves and was pleased with the items they printed.

We are running a workshop next Saturday 18th April with Alison Hulme. Screen printing and then painting the background of fabric. We currently have a couple of spaces if anyone is interested. £35 for members and £40 to non members. In addition you will purchase fabric from Alison at cost. This will be £4-£10 depending on your choice. Time 10-4. Tea and coffee included and a bring and share lunch.

We are postponing our textile printing workshop on 7th Feb until after the roadworks on the causeway are completed. Do watch this space for a new date in March, April or May depending on availability.

No Christmas challenge this year. We decided that we all had lots of spare wool - so instead we are knitting 6 inch squares to make into blankets that we can donate to charity. This will be done in the New Year when we have lots of time to put them together.
