Little project we have undertaken.
We have removed the decided wall in the outhouse building between the toilet and the shed. Bricked up the old shed entrance.
New roof, insulated, wall boarded new utility area fitted.
The customers buying the cuboard door to match the kitchen when we do that later this year.

The challenge on this project was the complete waste of space above the stairway and the boxing in the bathroom was massive.
Had to go back to bere bones and rebuild but now we have made full use of the space and the bathroom now feels much more spacious.
We then had the room to install fitted furniture to finish.
What a transformation.

Kitchenette plastered and Kitchen fitted complete with oak worktops and stainless butler sink.
First fix electrics in for the new kitchen and fully plastered.
Ready for the new kitchen once the customer has decorated.
