I think we have finally found something faster than our free measuring service 💨

Earlier this week had the pleasure of measuring up a few staircases at ’s HQ in Oxfordshire. Alan was lucky enough to be shown the Heritage Collection after the measure, a stunning display curated to honour the legacy of the 9-time Constructor Champions 🏎️

Bonus points if you can name the drivers who the racing suits were worn by 🏆

Last week we were contacted by to enquire whether we would be willing to donate some stair nosings to a project they were completing for a special episode of , at in Northwich, Cheshire.

We were all too happy to oblige and delivered them to site the next day.

The Joshua Tree provides both practical and emotional support to families affected by childhood cancers in the North West and North Wales. The completed extension will allow the charity to support twice as many families as before.

Over 500 volunteers donated their time, skills and materials to this build. We look forward to watching the episode, which airs in November.

Another busy week for us at Morleys, but what a week it has been for our very own in particular.

Monday: Best Man at this Brother’s wedding 💒

Wednesday: Measuring the fifth and final block of / ‘s Waterhouse Gardens which when finished will boast a collection of 556 deluxe apartments. 📏👷🏻‍♂️

Friday: Measuring from the 55th storey all the way to the bottom on the first tower of ‘s Trinity Island project, their latest hugely ambitious & eye-catching skyscraper cluster. 🌇

Happy Friday!

Today dropped in on this finished project at various student accommodation blocks at the University of the West of England in Bristol.

15 blocks surveyed in total, with over 700 stair nosings supplied cut to size, ready for fitting.

This project was part of a larger renovation at the Old Magistrates’ Courts in Bristol, the once abandoned building has been transformed and repurposed for use by creative industries, providing a place to support young people to fulfil their potential.

Two shots of our latest stair nosing project, at ‘s incredible cylindrical skyscraper, Three60. The Blade which you can see alongside Three60 was also measured and supplied by Morleys back in June.

Drone shot taken by the awesome team, Ground Level shot taken by Area Manager Nick Protano before tackling the huge 1,836 step measure. Each step measured to the millimetre ready to be cut to size.

We finally got round to taking some photos of the nosings we supplied for use at Intu Trafford Centre’s next door neighbour; Trafford Palazzo, which houses Primark’s flagship store, Sea Life and Legoland Discovery Centres.

Our DD5H Gold Mirrorflect nosings were fitted more than 4 years ago and still look fantastic!
