9 out of 10 townhouses taken with in 3 months.
8 out of 8 2-bed duplex apartments taken in 3 weeks.
8 out of 8 3-bed apartments taken in 2 weeks.

WELL THAT DIDN'T TAKE LONG!...
After being on the market for a year, there were a few apartments still not tenanted in this Rent-To-Buy development. So with 8 of this 3-bed apartment plot type vacant, Torus Homes asked us to help boost interest.

2 weeks after the launch of our rental show home, it looks like our magic has worked. All 8 are now spoken for 👌🏼

With results like that, it's easy to see why our furniture rental service is in demand.

AFTER AND BEFORE... Project Poplar.
Totally renovated and staged to rent.

This house, despite being neglected and left standing empty for a long time, it had a really good feel to it. All that was needed was a lot of work and a little love to get it looking its best 🫣😂

VIEWINGS GALORE... for our own renovated Buy-To-Let property. Thankfully TK Banks Property Management is meeting and vetting applicants this week to whittle down the list.

Not only that, the mortgage valuation was agreed at £10K more than we had expected.

A good result all round, helped by fully staging the property, creating a homely vibe.

People remember how it makes them feel.

Day 2; apartment 2

There are 8 of this plot type on this huge rent to buy development still waiting for tenants. As our rented show homes have really helped to fill the other plot types, it made sense to dress one of these too.

The furniture explains what will fit and how the spaces can be used. The styling creates the homely feel and wow factor.

PART 1:
Day 1; apartment 1.

A huge housing complex comprising of various rent to buy units, most of which are now tenanted. However, 12 units of 2 plot types are still sticking. With the success of our previous rented show homes on this development site, they asked us to stage one of each layout to boost interest.

We previously staged another unit of this plot type, which became rented, so we used different furniture and styling to create a slightly different look.

Showing the lifestyle, and what it could be like living there, helps prospective tenants mentally move in.
