Since opening our doors to the public in September 2006 from Wrights Farm in Hesketh Bank, The Fire Barn has quickly established an enviable reputation as a quality retailer offering sound advice, quality products and installation services combined with competitive prices - and we do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it! mentum Place Bamber Bridge (just off Cuerden Lane behind B&Q)offering larger showroom & parking space combined with manufacturing facilities. Since relocating to this site, we now manufacture the vast majority of the fireplaces we sell in a number of Stone & Micro-Marble materials. We have a wide range of existing products but also offer a full bespoke service if you have a ‘Grand Design’ in mind - these products and services are offered to both Retail customers as well as a select number of our Trade clients. At the same time and seeing the significant increase in demand, we started to specialise in Wood Burning & Multi-Fuel Stoves and Solid-Fuel fires. We have (what we are told from industry representatives) one of the largest ranges of wood burning and multi-fuel stoves on live burning display in Lancashire, Merseyside & Cheshire - shown in a number of contemporary and traditional settings as well as many other cold display stoves. We have been HETAS registered for the last 5 years and have literally hundreds and hundreds of high quality installations under our belt - we have learned (in many cases the hard way!) what can be involved when installing and using wood burning stoves and apply this experience to the advice and services we offer. Whilst being very proud of our ‘Stoves’ reputation, we do an almost equal amount of business on Fires & Fireplaces and as previously mentioned, the vast majority of what we sell are manufactured here on site. Your new fireplace can be drawn up using our Computer Aided Design system where a scale drawing(s) are produced prior to manufacture. Our showroom contains a comprehensive range of gas and electric fires shown within traditional and contemporary fireplaces or Hole-In-The-Wall set-up’s. Solid-Wood & Wood Veneer Mantelpiece’s are also available in both standard or bespoke sizes with colour match options and lights if required.
