2025 - 2026

A v a i l a b i l i t y

As a smaller Interior Design Studio we only take on a certain number of projects a year. This means we can give our full focus to our clients, and their renovation projects.

This year :

February- April : Fully booked.

April /May: 1 Space for a Smaller Project

June Onwards: 1 Space for a larger project or possibly two smaller projects.

( A larger project would be a full service house interior design design. A smaller project would be 1-4 rooms interior design, a garden design, a smaller home or lodge renovation or a refresh.

Brand a consultancy for holiday home branding/marketing/launch would be a smaller project. Get in touch to find out more!!

N e w P r o j e c t

Yesterday we had a second visit to the site of our new project.

These beautiful barns old barns, situated on a 200acre farm that is being carefully rewilded by its new owners, are going to be transformed into a stunning two bedroom home over the next 12 months or so.

We first visited over a year ago, so it was lovely to be back, and to remind myself of some of the beautiful existing features that we have to work with.

At the outset of a project I spend lots of time getting to know my clients, their likes and dislikes, what they need the property to do for them, how they plan to use the spaces, and I also immerse myself in the place. Spend time soaking up the light, the views, the atmosphere. I get to know the building a bit like it's another person.... hopefully it talks to me and guides me in the right design direction!

After meeting with the clients and the architect to discuss the brief and layout and overall design concepts for the home, Im fired up and excited to get designing the details!

We are Nick & Elle … &

Elle focuses on Interior Design and Brand consultancy for hospitality business, and Nick is a Project manager.

We work independently, but also together as a team on all types of property projects for private clients and businesses!

We also are partners in life, we live together in Abersoch with Nicks daughter Amy, and our pets.

Both passionate about design, we are always planing the next improvements to our own home!

And Im back!!! Hello 2025!!!!

Ive been really slow on the old social media since Christmas. A busy busy December led into a fun and busy Christmas with family, followed by a lovely New Year away with friends. And then like lots of other people I got the Christmas lurgy!!!

So January has been a slow start this year! But we are back with a bang. Two ongoing projects and two new ones to kick of 2025! One of each with my partner in crime!

Anyway : here is my face incase you have forgotten me! And a couple of snaps from our year so far!!!

Im an Interior Designer and Holiday home Consultant!!! It is a bit of a mouthful and I never quite know what to put on a business card!!!

Another Coast is an interior design and styling company based in beautiful North Wales. Im incredibly lucky to call Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsula home. I love living by the sea.

H a p p y C h r i s t m a s

To all our followers, suppliers, amazing trades people and colleagues and our very special clients!

2024 has been a busy one, and we are taking a few days of to recharge. Its lovely to wake up this morning with no particular place to be , and no time schedule to keep to!

It doesn’t happen very often so we will be making the most of it. and I might have a beach walk…. maybe a mulled wine, and certainly a few left overs and enjoying a slow day together.

I hope that however you are spending Christmas, you are able to rest and relax and appreciate the gift of time!

M o c h a

Pantone have announced their colour of the year as Mocha Mouse ……. Im not a huge fan of trends, or fashions…. I work with my clients to work out what colours make their heart sing!

I find out how they want to feel in a space and learn about their individual colour personalities.

When Im designing a commercial space such as a holiday home where we need to appeal to a wider range of people we use colours to evoke feelings and in the case of this room the beautiful mocha, caramel and warm gold pallet is punctuated with pops of chocolate and a touch of black. Combined with sumptuous and materials such as velvet, aged brass, marble and antique mirror help create a luxurious feeling to the elegant room designed to bring people together for relaxation and spending time together! Possibly even celebrating!

The beautiful bespoke mocha velvet sofa certainly looks good enough to eat…. so this year Pantone I’m on board!

F e s t i v e

This week I returned to one of my completed properties to decorate for Christmas! Camelia house is a 6 bedroom property in the center of Abersoch, with wonderful sea views from this first floor drawing room.

I designed this beautiful curved velvet sofa in a gorgeous latte colour velvet, and I am in love with the chocolate , caramel and gold colours we have decorated the tree with! What a fabulous spot for a glass of bubbles!!!

In a strange twist of fate has just had a cancellation for Christmas week… so if you can imagine spending your Christmas in this stunning spot get in touch asap!

Camelia house sleeps 15 in 6 bedrooms plus 2 x 1 Bedroom flats. Plenty of room for all of the family! Fully decorated for Christmas by yours truly!
