If your sashes are rotten, we can manufacture faithful replicas copying them exactly. But even if the box frame looks very bad, don't immediately conclude you must replace that too - in over 95% of cases, we can replace only the sections that are rotten, saving significant sums in expensive joinery.

In Tunbridge Wells, the rotten sashes had our client concerned that the whole windows would need replacing completely. Instead she saved a considerable sum by keeping the box frames and replacing just the sashes with Hardwood Double Glazed Replicas. After decorating the frames at the same time as the installation, this bay window looks as good as new!

Down on the south coast at New Romney last week. Thankfully some sunshine allowed us to repair all of the rotten wood, strip back all of the old flaking paint and bring these sash windows back to life with a new paint job and draught-proofing 🌞🪟

A general overhaul/draughtproof of these sass window in East Cliff, Dover has made all the difference. A new hardwood cill and bottom rail have also been fitted. Putty lines neatened up ready for decoration.🙌

Restoration work at this beautiful property in Herne Bay is nearing completion! 💪

The side windows in both bays have been re-glazed,draft-proofed and decorated. The central windows have had the sheet of glass replaced and new hardwood sashes installed back into the original frames. ✅️
