Lately, we are moving away from private commissions and intend to paint popular series of miniatures for direct sale through the Tajima1 Miniatures website. This shift in emphasis is due to the very high and growing demand for our hand-made scenery items. In 2011 we began producing a selection of innovative, high quality self adhesive grass tufts and model plants for use in our commission projects. This soon led to demand from model makers for us to sell these products. Our specialist range of basing materials is now the mainstay of our business. We produce a very extensive and popular range of options to meet the needs of model makers. We are constantly prototyping new products and probably 50% of our range has been created in response to requests from our loyal customers.
