Just baked these delicious cakes with my Thermomix! For a stress-free buttercream frosting, try using condensed milk - the Polish collection recipe is a game-changer. Remember, mixing is key, so don't give up! My cakes were filled with white chocolate mousse and raspberry mousse. Each cake was 48cm by 20cm, and I used a double recipe of buttercream frosting.

••••A chance to own a machine that lives in most professional chef kitchens. Thermomix TM6 + Second bowl/jug. Mint condition – due to personal bereavement, only used a handful of times. Last year, when new, it developed a slight fault in the screen (went to black and white). Thermomix were fantastic and decided to replace everything inside the machine - so it’s all brand new. Most of the extra dishes, steamer, bowl/jug have never been used. German engineering Thermomix TM6 bundle in mint condition, including: - Thermomix TM6 machine – barely used and meticulously cared for. - Second Mixing Bowl/Jug – ideal for multitasking in the kitchen. Comes also with the new time-saving Cutter – used only once to test (grates cheese in seconds and peels potatoes) - Spiralizer Attachment – Brand New In box (unused) - worth £100z
I'm now upgrading to the new model in a different colour. This TM6 has seen very light use and works perfectly – no faults, no marks. Includes original packaging/box, if wanted, or I can throw in the protective wheeled bag for it. This is a great deal for someone wanting a full TM6 set with all the key accessories – at a super price - cost (£1350 new). Only just over a year old. It replaces the need 15 appliances and the cooking guide means you can let the machine do all the cooking for you and cook 2 different versions of a meal (eg. Meat and veggie version) at the same time.•••
