🤩CONTRACTS EXCHANGED🤩

After several months and many complex issues overcome, I am delighted to say that we have now EXCHANGED on this character home in Amersham and my lovely vendors move house a week today 😊

Some transactions do take time for so many different reasons, as long as the agent is keeping all parties up to date and in control throughout then the chances of a fall through are greatly reduced.

I am delighted for all concerned, in particular my clients who have been delightful throughout….patient, understanding and loyal.

I look forward to welcoming this new family to Amersham next week.

As always huge thanks to the third parties involved. and for the legals and .homeimprovements for the pre marketing spruce up, ensuring the house was shown in its best light possible 🙏
