After lifting up the old floor coverings we discovered sections of rotten wall plate, joists and floor boards which we had to replace. It was a good time to remove old debris, bricks & rubble under the suspended floor system. Once this is all complete amd checked off we will close up & ply out in preparation for fitting a reclaimed parquet floor.
