It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our Uncle Rex Harrison on 1st October. Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting Rex knows what a character he was—always ready with a laugh and willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.

In his final days, Rex was cared for by the dedicated team in the HDU unit at Bournemouth Hospital. They did everything possible for him, and the HDU are fundraising for a new machine. We know Rex would have wanted any donations to go toward helping others in need, and any contribution in his memory would be deeply appreciated.

Though Rex may no longer be with us, he will never be forgotten.

This year I will again be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. Instead for doing one event, I will be running 2024. I will be running several events this year including 5 mile night forest run, 10 mile around Salisbury and 2 half marathons around Bournemouth.
