A FRONT DOOR WORTH MAKING AN ENTRANCE WITH. 🖤

There’s something about a beautifully restored period entrance — and this one deserved nothing less than a proper MSL finish.

From the detailed stonework to the high-gloss timberwork, every stage was about preparation, precision and finish.

First time using Repair Care… and I can honestly see why so many professionals rate it. 👌🏽

I didn’t take a course—I did my research, understood the system, and then got stuck in. I’ve always believed the best way to learn is by doing.

Using a Dremel to chase out every hairline crack before applying the Repair Care resin means the repair has the best possible chance of lasting. It’s all about doing the job properly, not just making it look good for today.

The more you learn, the better you become—and that’s exactly what I’m about. Always improving. Always investing in new skills. Always delivering the best finish possible for my clients. 🙏🏽

A bespoke media wall deserves a finish that looks as though it left the factory—not one that looks like it’s been painted on-site.

Every surface was carefully prepared, sanded, filled, dust-free, and finished using professional techniques to achieve that flawless result.

Achieving crisp, clean tape lines like this is never just about the tape — it all comes down to the preparation.

The first step is properly sanding back previously painted woodwork to remove the old sheen and create a surface the primer can bond to correctly. That bond is what gives long-term adhesion and a sharper final finish.

From there, every stage matters — filling, caulking, sanding, and removing dust between coats to keep the surface flawless.

For a high-end finish, I work through different sanding grades:
120 → 240 → 320
to create a smooth, refined surface that still remains durable.

Products also make a difference, using quality systems such as:
haft primer
Scuff-X Satin

Once fully cured overnight, the surface is taped sealed with the same finish, then the wall colour good home in :magical poetry is applied in two coats before the final tape pull.

That’s how you achieve those sharp, professional lines without paint bleed.

The difference between Professionals & Cowboys 🤠

Another kitchen completed — The MSL Way. 👨🏽‍🎨

This project came to me after the previous finish simply wasn’t up to standard.

The right product was used… but the wrong preparation and application meant imperfections, peeling areas and inconsistent coverage were impossible to ignore.

And in a kitchen? That’s not acceptable.

For this redecoration, I selected Bathroom & Kitchen in White for the ceilings and Frosted Steel for the walls — a durable, moisture-resistant system built for real life.

All woodwork was correctly prepared, filled, sanded and stabilised using Haft Primer, followed by X Satin for a sharp, resilient, long-lasting finish.

Because here’s the truth…

Premium results don’t come from just buying good paint.
