We start with a conversation.
I get to know you, your home and how you live.
Then I create a design around that — rather than trying to fit you into a particular style or formula.

You’ll receive a clear, personalised design with the information you need to bring your space to life, and I’ll still be there afterwards to answer questions and see how things are progressing.

The aim?
For you to finish the process feeling excited and confident about your home — rather than overwhelmed by all the decisions.

Did you know October is ADHD Awareness Month? 🤎

For me, this month is a chance to look beyond some of the common stereotypes around ADHD and talk about how differently it can affect everyday life.

ADHD isn’t just about attention or being easily distracted. It can affect organisation, routines, transitions, sleep, emotional regulation and sensory processing — and everyone’s experience is different.

And because so much of everyday life happens at home, I think our homes deserve more consideration too.
This is a big part of why I specialise in neurodivergent interior design.

I’m not interested in creating an “ADHD home” that follows a set of rules.
I’m interested in understanding the person and designing a space around how they actually live.

Sometimes that might mean better lighting.
Sometimes it’s making storage easier to use.
Sometimes it’s reducing visual clutter.
Sometimes it’s simply creating somewhere to retreat when the world feels like too much.

There isn’t one solution — because there isn’t one experience of ADHD.

That’s why I believe we should design around the individual, not the diagnosis.

And for me, this is personal. Being a mum to a child with ADHD has completely changed the way I look at interiors and what I believe a home should do.

Could your lighting be making your home feel more overwhelming?

Lighting is one of those things we often don’t think about until it feels wrong.
Too bright.
Too harsh.
Too much glare.
Or simply not enough flexibility.

And when you’re designing a home for a neurodivergent family, the sensory experience of lighting can be an important part of the overall design.

I’m not talking about creating a dark, dim home. It’s about having choice and control — different light levels, different sources and the ability to adapt the room throughout the day.
Good lighting should work with how you actually live.
