As a cooperative, Elements is pleased to be giving local artists and craftspeople the opportunity to trade in the beautiful northumbrian town of Rothbury. Above all, Elements is about Community. Local artists, crafters, designers and makers - supporting and befriending each other, providing a warm and welcoming space to sell and exhibit, and at the same time, offering unique handcrafted treasures for lucky people to buy for themselves or for very special gifts.

Just completed this view of Lindisfarne Castle on Holy Island, Northumberland. The 16th century castle was built to protect against possible Scottish invasion and served as a military garrison for over 300 years until in 1901 it was bought and refurbished by Edward Hudson, the owner of Country Life magazine. It is now in the possession of the National Trust. Watercolours, pens, white gouache on 16 x 12 ins paper.
