Bit warm for a log burner post? 😅🔥

Maybe… but if there’s one thing we know about British weather, it’s that winter has a habit of sneaking up on us! Summer is the perfect time to get your new stove installed, so you’re all set for those cold winter nights ❄️🏡

For this project, we widened the original chimney breast using tin studwork before boarding it out. The chamber was then finished with stunning limestone slips laid in a classic herringbone pattern. We then installed a Bassington Eco multifuel stove with a 904-grade flexible liner before finishing the job by skimming the entire chimney breast, leaving everything clean, modern and ready to enjoy🔥
