With the Government’s announcement tonight we are sorry to say that we will be closed as of tomorrow for all showroom visits, home visits & fitting.
We believe we are not essential tradespeople and therefore have decided to close, we are trying to keep all our customers and their families safe during this time.
We will be contactable via telephone, email & through our website during the lockdown for anyone that needs to contact us.
We will be back open as soon as we are told we can.

Just a quick reminder that we are now back & open for business on weekdays 9am to 5pm & Saturdays 9am to 4pm, this is by appointment only at the moment to help keep you all safe. We are offering hourly appointment slots to come in, view samples, discuss requirements and borrow the samples to view at home. With regard to reopening our showroom, we are currently considering additional measures to ensure the safety of everyone. These include (but are not limited to); customer visits to our showroom by appointment only, virtual (online) face to face consultations, to assess the options available prior to a home visit- which can include a drop off and collect sampling service for customers affected by the current situation - more details on these and all new safety measures will be made available over the next couple of weeks and finalised before and on our return.

UPDATE - COVID19 FROM 10TH MAY 2020

Further to the announcement made by HM Government last night (10th May) we have taken the decision to clarify our position on the current situation.

Until we are given the go ahead to safely reopen our showroom and the guideline changes as to what we can do regarding visiting our customers homes for our existing/future fitting obligations and measuring/quotation appointments, we cannot/will not jeopardise the health and well-being of our customers, staff and their families.

As it stands, we are expecting, and hopeful of returning back to work on Monday 1st June. We will be contacting customers from Tuesday 26th May to arrange fitting dates and schedules, with priority to those customers who were booked in prior to the lockdown. In addition, we will also be taking bookings for measuring appointments from this date too.

***This is subject to change should the government advise otherwise***

We, like the majority of the population, are extremely frustrated by this situation and the limitations put on us all- it really is a nightmare!

Our business cannot and will not make its own interpretation of the lack of clarity to best suit us, the decision to fulfil our existing workload will be executed WHEN we are told it is safe to do so.

We have turned down opportunities to visit customers for measuring and resisted the temptations to undertake installations, because the paramount of importance is everyones safety. To go beyond the guidelines is both reckless and irresponsible. We will not make a compromise for the sake of money, we would rather the business stay closed- than be held responsible for the loss of a life or compromise the lives of others.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers who are being patient with this situation and look forward to seeing you all, both current and new.

Sage Blinds & Interiors will continue to build on the trust it has gained by upholding the values it stands for- reliability, discretion and integrity.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and for the safety of our customers and staff we have taken the decision to close the showroom for a few weeks to enable us to help keep people safe.

We are contacting all our customers who have orders placed & who are waiting for fittings.
Please be assured, we will endeavour to fulfil and install all orders as soon as possible.
