Providing fresh wedding flowers designed with style Please call me on 07910 746979, I offer a select colour palette each week, so you get a gorgeous mix of flowers designed beautifully. I don't always have every colour in stock, so please give me a few days notice if there is a particular flower or colour you would like me to include! I can take card payments over the phone or I can send you a link to pay online. I always deliver every creation myself by hand, so if you don't get a reply straight away, its possibly that I'm out delivering or have my hands full of flowers, so please leave me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!

🎄 CHRISTMAS WREATHS… I’M OUT! 🎄

Once upon a time, I used to make Christmas door wreaths. Lots of them!

But these days, it seems every village hall, church, pub, school PTA and possibly someone’s spare bedroom is hosting a Christmas wreath workshop! 😂

You can barely move for a wreath-making event! And do you know what? Good for them! 🙌

But I think the market might be just a tiny bit saturated. So this year, I’m hanging up my wreath-making scissors and leaving it to the workshops.

Me? I’m done. That ship has sailed. It’s gone over the horizon and I’m not swimming after it. 😂
And between you and me… my nails absolutely HATED making wreaths anyway.

So, if you were wondering whether Stemsations would be making Christmas door wreaths this year, the answer is NO! and I will not budge on that decision! (I’ve got a month of weddings, so I won’t be lolling on the sofa watching Hallmark Christmas movies!)

I’ll leave the moss, wire, pine needles and knackered nails to someone else!

Wedding enquiry: "We'd love chocolate and toffee tones with burgundy!"

Me: YES PLEASE!

And here's what I created...

Cappuccino roses, chocolate-coloured lisianthus, mocha and caramel tones and the deepest, darkest calla lilies.

Rich, warm, opulent and oh-so gorgeous!

The three bridesmaids carried bouquets in slightly paler shades of warm cream and biscuit, which looked absolutely perfect against their chocolate brown dresses. They were still in their pj's when I delivered, so you are going to have to take my word for it!

A match made in heaven... Lots of love from a contented florist!

I’m not selling… because nobody likes a selling post, do they?!

BUT… if you’d like some flowers delivered in the next few days, just let me know!

The conversation would go something like this…

You: Can I order some flowers for Monday?

Me: Yes, of course! Is £40 okay for a hand-tied bouquet in florist’s choice colours? They’ll be popped into water and delivered in a box/bag, so the recipient doesn’t have to go hunting for a vase.

You: Yes, perfect. Thank you!

And that’s it!

I’ll take your card payment, scribble down the delivery address and your card message, and you can get on with your day.

Easy!

So, why go through the faff of ordering through Moonpig or one of the big online flower companies, who’ll then have your email address forever and bombard you with sales emails?!

It’s Florist choice though.. I don’t want any of that.. can I have red, blue, orange, yellow and make it look nice.. otherwise I’ll send you somewhere else!

Coombe Abbey Hotel looked fabulous in the sunshine yesterday!

A wedding that included a mix of Dahlias, Ranunculus, Clematis, Delphiniums and white Cosmos that I snipped from a pot sitting by our back door!

Because when you’re a florist, you can’t walk past a pot of flowers at home without thinking… ooh, I could use those! 😂

Mr & Mrs White had a Pink Wedding...and I love a pink wedding.

Pale pinks, paired with dusky shades and hints of mauve.

Flowers filled the chapel, meadow style arrangements sat in front of the ceremony table and were then repurposed and sat in front of the top table, with tied bunches on the end chairs, these together with the bridesmaids flowers become centrepieces.

Flower recipe included: Roses, frilly, standard and spray! Lisianthus, Clematis, Larkspur, Astrantia, Waxflower and stocks!.

Congratulations Mr & Mrs White!

All things pretty... a country garden in a bouquet, filled with dahlias, larkspur, astilbe, roses and so much more!

It looked perfectly at home amongst the beautiful gardens at Blackwell Grange Wedding Venue, bursting with scent, and complemented the pink tables and chairs beautifully!

Congratulations Corinne & Josh, the happiest of best wishes to you both xx

Sometimes, two flowers are all you need... White roses and gypsophila. A perfect combination.

And when the sunshine hits them like this... they really don't need anything else.

Saturday’s wedding was at St Nicholas church at Abbey Fields in Kenilworth.. With bright yellows, lemons and creams.

The church aisle was a field of flowers! It looked so pretty, and my step count transferring all those from my van ensured I completed my move ring by about 10am!! These flowers were then moved to the stairs at Bourton Hall.. another ring completed! 👟👟

The happiest of congratulations to Rebecca and Sam, it was a real treat to fill the church & thanks for the choc too!! 😍😍
