This month marks 9 years since I first opened a shop... and today marks 3 years of 5th Time's A Charm in its current home. ❤️🖤❤️
Nine years ago, I signed a six-month lease because I honestly didn't think I'd last any longer than that!
Owning a shop had never been a lifelong dream or something on a bucket list. It was simply something I woke up one morning knowing I had to do.
From that moment to collecting the keys and opening the doors took just two weeks.
The opening day was only for friends and family, but it marked the beginning of one of the biggest adventures of my life.
It certainly hasn't all been plain sailing. There have been highs and lows, challenges and setbacks, and even one shop that ended in disaster. But every twist and turn has helped shape the business into what it is today.
Today, 5th Time's A Charm is celebrating three years in our current shop, and I'm so proud of how far we've come.
I am so grateful to everyone who has been on this journey with me. Whether you've been here from the very beginning or have only recently discovered us, thank you for your support, your encouragement and for helping make this little shop what it is today.
