A month into level 3 Floristry, enjoying trying some new techniques, also enjoying perfecting ones I already knew.

This floristry journey hasn't exactly been a straight line so far for me, I feel I've taken a step back in confidence since last year, not putting myself out there as much, not pursuing clients.

Hoping with the 150 hours of work experience needed this year I can find a florist/clients to work with who can help me build back confidence and help me find my personal aesthetic.

I find it's always hard to get a good picture unless it's on someone else but I always think how cute they are and should be worn more often!

Artificial ones can last forever although I do love the look of fresh flowers, sometimes the best things never last forever...😌

The end of the first year of Sun & Sow!

I often find it easy to downplay the things I've learnt, achieved and managed to do this year but I am actually proud of how I put myself out there and people have put their trust in me for life's important events.

October has been the biggest month for Sun & Sow yet!

- Helping A&D's big day to pop with bursts of pink and blue! (Obsessed with the aisle in this church 🥹)
- The size of the thistles for the wedding were crazy, so blue as well!
- Trips to the wholesalers to collect all the ingredients to create lovely arrangements 🥹
- Pumpkin arrangement for a festive display window, so many compliments on this one 🥰🎃
- Soft white and yellow wreath 🤍
- Helping the lovely with the dreamiest baby shower at the beginning of the month!
- Small spray with lovely pinks and purples 💜🩷
- Me in the happy place with flowers! 🧡

I'm so grateful to A & D for their trust in me playing a part in their special day and I hope there's many more to come! I would love to keep seeing people's reactions to my flowers when they arrive! 🩷

Onwards and upwards to Christmas season! ❤️💚
