Today was a reminder of something important.

A gentleman came into the studio, but unfortunately he had very little information about what he’d been sent for.
From the start the interaction he felt quite hostile and, if we’re honest, a little intimidating. We did our best to stay calm, kind and helpful, and thankfully the conversation ended on better terms.

But moments like that can stay with people longer than you might realise 😔

Please remember that the people serving you in shops, studios, cafés and businesses are just that — people. We are here to help, and we always will if we can.

Even if you’re having a bad day, try to speak to others the way you would like to be spoken to.

Kindness costs nothing, but it can make a world of difference 💖
