What happens behind the scenes of our small business?
It’s not just opening the doors each morning…
- Photographing products
- Updating the website
- Unpacking deliveries
- Merchandising and styling displays
- Organising customer deliveries
- Answering emails and messages
- Creating content and managing social media
- Admin and paperwork
- Placing orders and sourcing new brands
- Planning events and marketing campaigns
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and sales
- Visiting suppliers and finding new ideas
- Late-night to-do lists and early mornings
- Constantly thinking of ways to improve and grow
All done… by us 🥰
But we couldn’t do it without our families either. ❤️ They’ve helped unpack deliveries, build display cabinets, move furniture, listen to ideas, offer support and, at times, simply keep us going. Our shop has become such a huge part of their lives too, and we’re so grateful for every bit of help and encouragement they give us.
The work doesn’t stop when we lock the doors for the day. Most evenings and weekends are spent doing all the things that keep those doors open every week ❤️
And to be completely honest, we wouldn’t have it any other way. We absolutely love what we do, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supports our little business. Whether you shop with us, like a post, recommend us to a friend, or simply cheer us on, thank you. ❤️
