To many, this looks like nothing. But to me, this is everything. This is BOSS bottled before it’s made into anything.

For context, I used to buy this in 125g sizes. It would last me ages. So why am I photographing it in 500g sizes? Whats the relevance?

The relevance is you guys. Your support, the demand and the ability to now buy everything in bigger loads. It wasn’t until this bigger bottle of BOSS turned up that I stopped to take a moment and process. I processed the progress we are making and although to me I don’t feel like we are progressing much, the reality is we are. It’s shown in the bigger bottles being bought, the more labels being ordered, the more stalls being booked and the “bigger” everything being purchased.

We couldn’t do this if we weren’t growing, weren’t maximising and if we weren’t supported by each and every one of you.

So thank you. Thank you for your one sale and thank you for your regular weekly purchase. Every purchase counts into building this female founded, small business into something beautiful…Something only just beginning 🕯️

This is the reality of being a Mum in business. It’s hard being a Mum, cook, cleaner, entertainer, admin co ordinator, appointment taker, nappy changer, constant b**b barnacle device, the regulator and everything else in between.

Coincide that with a female founder, content creator, accountant, counsellor to yourself, editor, photographer, secretary, market trader, website guru… it’s a lot to take in!!

But I absolutely love what I do, even alongside all the madness. To all female founders out there, keep on being you, keep smashing it and remember… if you miss one day of content because you’re busy being human, no one is going to punish you except yourself. Stand tall, be unique and keep doing your best because you’re smashing it❤️

And finally…I have just sat down from a beautifully busy day. Although the rain created a wash out, thank you to those of you who did come and visit us.

Thank you to Rachael Clifton-Griffith for coming as far as you did to surprise us, it really meant a lot. Thank you to Sharon Pick and Suzanna Chorley for coming to visit us too🕯️ Seeing you all back us really does spur us on to keep going despite the challenging days. To Dennis Tsoulouhopoulos and Dawn Tsoulouhopoulos for having our little people, thank you as always.

But for now, a goodnight to you all, a hot chocolate to end the day and I’m feeling grateful to have you all behind me on this beautiful rollercoaster journey.
