Lovely review and kind words received from a recent client who (as he says), has become a friend. Nic & Molly lived in the US and reached out to me to redesign, redecorate and refresh their new home in Saltaire from top to bottom including a complete new bathroom, lighting, carpets, blinds, fittings etc etc. This included sourcing all the above and the relevant trades to carry it all out - all before they moved in just before Christmas. Safe to say they were delighted as was I ... Thoroughly enjoyed a rare interior design job and thoroughly enjoyed receiving a rare review.

Full planning granted for this lovely spacious rear extension in Barnsley. Yep - I am now very much open to and welcoming opportunities in the Barnsley / Wakefield areas

Next up on the Before & After's ... A contemporary single storey rear extension to a mid century modern semi. This is work done under Permitted Development Rights (requiring a Certificate of Lawfulness). Giving a huge and bright living / dining / kitchen, a cinema room (formerly the garage) and as a bonus a huge first floor master bedroom (formerly the lounge / dining) and en-suite and laundry room (formerly kitchen).

Next up on the Before and After's... Two projects, one street, approximately five years apart. A detached home within a large garden then two "matching" detached homes replacing a large bungalow.

Next up on the Before and After photographs. A full house refurbishment with a two storey side extension, a single storey rear extension, a roof conversion and dormer windows front and back. Following on from my last post about Before & After photo's here is the first to show, all being well you will see which are Before and which are After - A lovely new rear extension and an internal refit giving an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge.

It is very rare that I get to see much of my work finished since I am involved at the very front end of projects and then quickly forgotten about (naturally), as the real work, bills, complications etc take prominence.

So - I have recently written to past clients to enquire if work progressed / got completed / how it all worked out. Hopefully I can post a few Before and After images soon, which I know folk love to see as I do too.
