Beautiful linen. This is Flaxi 100% linen yarn, sport weight (Nutty on the left and Topi). It knits beautifully on 3 or 3.5mm needles, or even on 4 or 4.5mm if you want a looser fabric. What surprises me in the UK is that there are still many people (including knitters!) who don't realise you can knit or crochet with linen, as they associate it mainly with linen clothes or bed sheets. What can we do to spread the news about this versatile natural fibre?

By far my favourite towel. It is so much more absorbent than shop-bought towels. I knitted it using a combination of 100% natural undyed linen with a selection of shades to create an ombre effect. Swipe for detail.
