Get to know - The Pumpskein Patch 🎃🧶

Jasmine is one of our newest makers in the shop, and is based right here in Scarborough! She designs her own crochet patterns, from cosy scarves and cowls, to fun spooky coasters and baubles!

"Hello! I'm Jasmine, owner of The Pumpskein Patch! 🎃🖤

I'm a Scarborough based crochet pattern designer who has a love for all things cosy, magical and spooky! 👻✨️

My main passions are crochet and knitting, but I love a variety of crafts! I always have several projects that I'm working on at a time, as I like to try and take breaks from larger pieces by switching things up with a different WIP! 🧶

When I'm not crafting or designing patterns, I enjoy playing video games, watching horror movies and being out in nature. I especially love being in woodland and forest areas, they're my absolute favourite place to be - and the perfect place to crochet and knit! 🌳🌲

There's going to be plenty in store from me in the future, so keep your eyes peeled! 🫶🖤"

*Next time I think what can we do for Halloween, I know let's post some spooky skeletons having fun every day, that will be great for keeping content going while I'm closed for 2 weeks and on holiday. Can no one encourage me please 😅 never again 🤣 not sure how I've managed 31 days of creating hilarious skeleton videos/photos but thank you to everyone that has joined in and kept me going when I've wanted to never see a skeleton again 💀🤣💙

🎄🪡 Join me for a relaxed and creative session where you’ll start stitching your very own Christmas Tree hand embroidery hoop.

I'll guide you through everything, from setting up your hoop and choosing from a lovely range of quality threads, to learning the stitches step by step, in this workshop we will learn the satin stitch and french knots.

All materials are included and while we may not finish the entire piece during the workshop, you’ll leave with everything you need to complete it at home, plus I’ll show you how to neatly finish the back of your hoop.

Perfect for beginners, no experience needed!
