Last year I completed this 360sqm garage floor.... That's right....Huge Garage Floor!!

Even got underfloor heating for the cars 😆

Started tiling in the centre which the 60x60 tiles was turned 45 degrees then brick bonded the rest of the garage!

Fully primed and matted with Expansion joints separating each bay....

Epoxy grout used to keep grout looking like new for a lifetime!!

This Patio I've completed this week looks amazing but it was hard work in the hot weather 🔥 adhesive and grout going off too quick not to mention me getting sunburnt 🤣😎 but it's all worth it when the job looks this good 👌🏼
