Beacon Crafts Welcome to Beacon Crafts, your friendly local yarn shop. We pride ourselves on supplying good quality handknitting yarns and craft supplies.

Home of the ‘workshop in a box’ and our ‘In the Loop’ crochet box bringing you a fresh box of woolly inspiration with our own exclusive crochet designs straight to your door every few months. Welcome to Beacon Crafts, your friendly wool, craft and haberdashery shop ran by myself, Woolly Helen and the 'ever so helpful ' Shirley and Caroline! All of us at Beacon Crafts have been keen crafters for a

n awfully long time and are on hand to help with any crafty dilemmas you may have. We love all things crafty and specialise in crochet and textile craft workshops including the best ever 'crafter noon teas'' (supplied by our neighbours Chambre Rose) in our cheerful, crafty school room above our shop. We also design our own crochet patterns and kits for you to enjoy at home, these can be purchased through our Etsy store. We are excited to announce that we can now offer small craft parties or get togethers too for you and your family or friends, just message us or pop in to chat and we can design a party to suit your requirements and budget.

It’s another sunny show and tell Sunday 🌞

Time to get sharing your creations…..

It’s been a busy few days at the shop, the heat doesn’t put you all off 🤣 Sedgley is full of hard core knitters and crocheters!

Thank you all for you cal pre orders and pre orders for our Mandala Madness In the Loop box ❤️ we are still taking orders it’s not too late to join in with us.

We’ve had deliveries and the shelves are starting to look very full again, we’ve had brand new yarns in too. 🧶🧶I’ll share them with you over the week.

So today I have a lot of crochet catching up to do and a very colourful table !

Lots of ends to be weaved in and the coatigan to be put together and checking over our new mandala patterns ready for our Loopers on Friday 😊

This box brings you ‘Mandala Madness’ I have loved making these !

All of the projects are made with cool cotton yarn making it ideal to work on over the warmer months ☀️

Each box contains everything you need to make
3 different colourful mandala that are attached to wooden hoops, these create a gorgeous collection to hang on your wall or brighten up your patio over summer and that’s not all….

You will also receive a cute little pattern to create your own tape measure cover (tape measure and hoops included too)
