Lots of learning, laughter and busy hooks tonight as our Hubbers worked on their crochet skills. I even managed a chain 😂

It’s lovely to see everyone’s confidence growing stitch by stitch. Thank you to our tutor and everyone who came along and made it another fantastic evening.

Well, that didn't take long! 😁

The new Groves stand is now stocked and ready to go.

We've filled it with sewing accessories, ribbons, webbing, needles, cutting tools and plenty of other useful bits and pieces.

A huge thank you to Groves for the stand and to Craig for getting it built and in place. 🔨🧵

Proof that behind every fabric shop is a patient husband with a drill… 😂

The new Groves display stand arrived today on a pallet that was almost bigger than the doorway!

A few hours, a lot of screws and one very helpful Craig later, it’s standing proudly in The Fabric Hub and ready to be filled.

Thank goodness for Craig because I was looking at the instructions and considering just displaying the pallet. 😆

Now to stock it up!

​We’re busy unpacking a massive haul on the cutting table today! We’ve got Vlieseline, fresh haberdashery essentials, recycled Gutermann threads, and some gorgeous new cross-stitch and crochet kits ready to go out.

​We’re open until 4:30 today, pop in and have a nosey!
